1. COLD CATERING: SANDWICH PLATTERS
The most reliable option for corporate meetings and events. Sandwiches are served cold or toasted, arranged beautifully on platters, and cut into easy-to-handle halves or thirds. To guarantee our bread stays perfectly crisp, all wet ingredients (sauces, tomatoes, pickles, relish) are served on the side.

2. HOT CATERING: DECONSTRUCTED "BUILD-A-BAR"
The ultimate way to serve Smoke & Temple’s famous Braiz'd Originals and Melts for a crowd. To prevent soggy bread during transit, meats and gravies arrive hot in aluminum catering trays. Breads, cheeses, and dry toppings are arranged separately so guests can build their perfect hot sandwich on the spot.

Includes: 6oz of hot meat per person (Braised Chuck, Pastrami, or Corned Beef), Au Jus or Beef Gravy, assorted sliced breads and French Loaves, sliced cheeses, caramelized onions, 2 sauces, and Kettle Chips.
The "Heavyweight" Hot Bar . . . . . . $20 / per person
Includes: 10oz of hot meat per person (multi-meat options like the Slamageddon or Couch Slouch), Bacon, Au Jus/Gravy, premium breads, cheeses, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms/peppers, 3 sauces, and Kettle Chips.
3. THE PARTY SUBS
Built on our signature French Loaf and served cold. A showstopper for game days and parties. (Minimum order: 3 feet).
The 3-Foot Behemoth (Serves 12 - 15) . . . . . . $120
Includes: 1 lb of premium Meat + ¼ lb of Cheese per foot, loaded with dry veggies. Sauces and wet veggies served on the side. Pick and choose your combos per 6” (8oz).
Additional Length: +$40 per extra foot.
4. "HEAT & EAT" FAMILY DINNERS (Take-and-Bake)
Skip the cooking tonight. Our signature meats and sides, packaged cold in oven-safe containers with simple reheating instructions. Perfect for family dinners or weekend meal prep.
