## Early Access Club Membership Overview

Welcome to our Early Access Club! By securing your membership before our official caps are hit or our Grand Opening takes place, you lock in exclusive VIP perks to fuel your experience from day one. All available membership discounts go live for applicable menu items, continuing for a full 24 months post-launch (i.e. Lunch (Deli) Menu Clubs will allow a 12% discount on deli food with online ordering during our Pre Doors Open phase) as soon as said items are available for purchase.

Core Perks Across All Tiers

Every single membership tier unlocks the following baseline benefits:

  • 12% Off Everything in Your Tier: Locked-in VIP discount applied across your visits for a full 24-month period. Pay this cost off over 2 years with roughly one to two weekly visits.

  • Pre-Opening Access: Early access and discounts starting immediately, for applicable menu items and memberships, with our slim-menu box lunches and pre-open bulk catering runs prior to doors opening.

  • Exclusive Access: Priority email coupons with the biggest discounts on brand-new merch drops, limited beverage releases, and daily special deals.

  • Welcome Merch Item (Pre-Order): Choose your shirt size at checkout for one (1) exclusive, limited-run custom "Brand Tee" designed by a local artist. Merch for these early tiers is a one-time run strictly exclusive to members.

  • VIP Access: Private Grand Opening event invite for the cardholder and a guest, plus VIP invites to pre-public tasting events for new food, draft releases, and seasonal specials.

Memberships grant physical merchandise upon signup and ongoing post-launch perks/discounts for 24 months. These memberships do not include food/drink credit vouchers or equity/future points of any kind.

Important Rules & Guidelines

  • Fulfillment Timeline: Exclussive Tee pre-orders begin shipping/distribution 7-14 days after our early campaign hits its 50% milestone and design production wraps (or exactly one month before opening day, whichever comes first).

  • All-Day Access: Lunch and dinner menus are available all day once doors open. Our "lunch" menu covers the deli (sandwiches, spreads, sides), and our "dinner" menu covers the pit house (pizza/BBQ).

  • In-Person Validation: All redemptions must be made in person by the membership holder with a valid, matching I.D.

  • No Discount Stacking: Discounts do not stack for multiple memberships of the exact same type (e.g., holding two solo beer clubs won’t net you 24% off). However, you can mix distinct categories—such as pairing a non-beer club with a beer club. Food and beer discounts function distinctly.

Deli (Lunch) for 1

  • Perks: 12% off solo deli menu items, artisan sandwiches, spreads, and sides—active starting with pre-opening box lunches. Includes (1) exclusive member tee.

  • The Math: ~$1.00/week ($4.17/mo). Spend $35/week on lunches over 2 years to completely refund your $100.

Pizza (Dinner) for 1

  • Perks: 12% off solo pit house menu items, artisan pizzas, and smoked BBQ apps. Includes (1) exclusive member tee.

  • The Math: ~$1.20/week ($5.21/mo). Spend ~$40/week on pit house runs over 2 years to break even.

  • The Math: ~$6.25/week ($27.08/mo). Between regular crew orders, pitcher savings, and 18% off an annual private event, your group blows past the $650 break-even mark naturally.

Office of 10 (Deli Platters & Pizza Menus)

  • Perks: 12% off top-tier deli platters and pizza for ten (10)—active for pre-open corporate bulk catering. Includes custom in-house glassware/coaster advertising (x20 pieces), one (1) private catered party per year (up to 10 people) at 18% off the whole ticket (drinks included), and 20% off your first 2 pitchers during in-house visits.
